AXLE BEAM
Hafif tip dingil ana kovanı sac plakaların U şeklinde basılarak tozaltı kaynağı
ile birleştirilmesiyle üretilmektedir. Dövme aks ve parçalı frenay montajı
gazaltı kaynak metodu ile yapılmaktadır. Standart kullanımlarda ve hafif
kapasiteli araçlarda esnek yapısı, eğilme ve burkulmaya karşı direnci ve
hafifliği açısından tercih edilmektedir.
Ağır tip dingil ana kovanı tüm boru kovan üzerine sac plakanın U şeklinde
basımlı kaplama ile kaplanmasıyla üretilmektedir. Bu montaj toz altı kaynağı
ile birleştirilmektedir. Aks montajı ise boru kovana sıcak geçme metodu ile
yapılmaktadır.Aşırı yüklemeden dolayı eğilme ve burkulmaya karşı yüksek
direnç kazandırılmıştır. Zor yol şartları ve yüksek kapasiteli kullanımlarda
tercih edilmektedir.
Light type axle is produced without the steel alloy tube, the mounting is done
due U shaped sheet plates with is done with submerge welding. The casted
axle and Backer Assy are welded with submerge welding method. This type
of beam is preferred for light capacity vehicles and standard usage, because
of its flexibility and low resistance for bending and light weight.
Our heavy type axles are produced like a U shaped sheet plate is submerging
welded on the steel alloy tube. The assembling of the axle to the beam is
done with the shrink fit method. According to that the axle is gaining an extra
strength against bending due to over-loading. This type of beam is preferred
for hard road conditions and high capacity loading usage.
